Our hotel has a charging station for electric vehicles in the car park, available to all our guests. Even with these small gestures we can contribute to making the world around us a better place

For more than 20 years we have been using cleaning and disinfection systems throughout the hotel to make your holiday safe. Ozone machine, ventilated interior spaces and use of specific products. With the advent of Covid-19 we have also equipped ourselves with hand sanitising gel from special columns throughout the hotel and temperature measurement at every check in. Spacing is made possible and autonomous thanks to the large spaces we have. The use of a face mask is compulsory in public areas and inside enclosed areas.

Can I know the check-in and check-out times?
For arriving guests, rooms are available from 2 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10 a.m. You can extend your check-out until 6 p.m. for a small fee and continue to enjoy our services.

Where do I park my car? And if I have an electric car, can I recharge it?
The hotel has a large car park, which is included in the price, and a charging station right next to the entrance. Our Evlink charging station has been used by many customers, all with different cars, so it is compatible with different models.

Do you rent bicycles at the hotel?
Our hotel guests can take advantage of numerous benefits, including the rental of bicycles to explore the area's many different cycle routes.

What services does the wellness area | Gymnasium offer?
Inside our hotel there is a small but cosy wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and relaxation area with herbal tea corner. You can access it only in a private way, agreed at the moment of your arrival or during the booking phase. The hotel also has a gym where you can choose to work out on a treadmill, exercise bike, weights and step while watching TV or listening to your favourite music. The use of the gym is reserved for hotel guests and is free of charge.

Can I take my dog with me on holiday?
As much as we love animals and two members of our family are a friendly Newfoundland and a cuddly German Shepherd who happily wag their tails in our garden, here at the Sport Hotel All'Ancora they are not allowed. Pets are allowed at Fantinello Hotel in Caorle, our partner.

How far is it to Venice or Treviso airport? Do you organise transfers?
We are about 20 km from Venice Marco Polo airport, about 20 minutes by car, traffic permitting, while we are about 24 km from Treviso Canova airport, about 20/25 minutes by car, traffic permitting. On request we can organise taxi transfers. The service is on payment. Just let us know your arrival date, airport, time and flight number. The transfer person will meet you at the exit gate and take you directly to the hotel. This service is free of charge and subject to availability.

What time do you have breakfast and dinner?
Every day from 07.30 to 09.30 a.m. in the breakfast room a wide choice of fresh and genuine products awaits you, from savoury to sweet, from hot drinks to excellent fruit juices! If you don't hear the alarm clock, don't worry because an excellent cappuccino and a delicious brioche are waiting for you at the bar until 10.00! Our restaurant is open from 19.30, with an à la carte menu, and you can enjoy different local and homemade dishes every evening.

Can I book full board or half board?
Unfortunately we don't have the choice of full board, but to dine at the hotel is no problem. The in-house restaurant has a la carte menus on request. For lunch there is the in-house bar, which is open all year round, or the poolside bar, which is only open during the summer season.
