An elegant dinner dedicated to Italian flavors: pizza, spaghetti with clams, traditional lasagna, fragrant bruschetta, and for those looking for something special, oysters as well. A proposal that combines tradition, quality, and the freedom to choose according to your own taste.
The terrace, set under the summer sky, together with its refined setting and the soft evening light, creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
To accompany your dinner, we offer a selection of wines from our cellar, as well as non-alcoholic wines and creative, refreshing mocktails, designed for those who prefer a lighter option without giving up on taste.
By staying at the hotel, you can fully enjoy the evening in total peace of mind, without worrying about driving.
For special occasions, we also organize private romantic dinners in the vineyard or by the pool, for truly unforgettable moments.
Monday – Pizza & Open-Air Cinema
A social evening under the stars: wood-fired pizza and outdoor cinema, in a warm and convivial atmosphere with shared tables among guests of all ages and nationalities.
Tuesday – Grandma’s Kitchen
The great classics of Italian tradition: roasts cooked in a wood-fired oven, homemade lasagna, cannelloni, and locally sourced vegetables. Authentic flavors, just like they used to be.
Wednesday – Pool Party & Grill Night
The pool stays open in the evening and the grill is always on, accompanied by excellent wines from the De Stefani winery in Fossalta.

Thursday – Picnic
A complete takeaway menu is prepared for you, made with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Picnic basket including wine and mineral water, to enjoy wherever you like.
Friday – Poolside DJ Set
The liveliest night of the week:
swimming under the stars, live DJ set, and a special dish every week (paella, porchetta, sushi, and other surprises).
