Can I arrive earlier?

Early check-in available on request
(€25, subject to availability).
Arrivals between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM include breakfast.

Is late check-out available?

Yes, until 3:00 PM (€50) or until 6:00 PM (€80), subject to availability.

Car and motorcycle parking and electric vehicle charging

Is parking available?

Yes, Ancora Sport Hotel offers a large free parking area for all guests.

Can motorcycles park?

Yes, motorcycles are welcome and can park under the covered area near the entrance.

Is there an electric car charging station?

Yes, an Evlink charging station is available near the entrance, compatible with most electric cars. (20€)

Wellness & Gym

Is there a SPA?

Yes, wellness center with sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, and relaxation area — private access upon reservation.

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes, a free Technogym gym with treadmill, exercise bikes, weights, and dedicated app.

Are massages available?

Yes, treatments and massages by reservation with qualified therapists.

Payments & Tourist Tax

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, contactless, credit cards (AMEX, Diners, Visa, Eurocard) and Edenred & Welfare.

Who pays the tourist tax?

All non-resident guests in Meolo staying in accommodation facilities or short rentals.

Is there a limit to the number of nights taxed?

Yes, maximum 5 consecutive nights and 40 nights per year in the same property.

How much is the tourist tax?

€2 per person per night, paid at the hotel before departure.

Who is exempt from the tourist tax?

Children under 10; patients and one companion; guests for emergencies or disasters; volunteers on duty; law enforcement and firefighters on duty; bus drivers and tour leaders.

Who collects the tourist tax?

The hotel, which then transfers it to the municipality.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

What time are breakfast and dinner?

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM with sweet and savory options.
From 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Italian breakfast available at the bar.

What time does the restaurant open?

From 7:30 PM, with à la carte menu and homemade dishes (summer opening).

I have allergies or intolerances, what should I do?

Please inform us at the time of booking — our staff will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Is half board or full board available?

We do not offer full board. Dinner is available at the à la carte restaurant upon reservation, open in summer

Is lunch available?

Lunch is available at the indoor bar (open all year) or at the pool bar during summer.

What do I find in the room?

All rooms include hairdryer, towel set, toiletries, safe, kettle, and minibar.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Are rooms cleaned daily?

Yes, daily cleaning service is guaranteed.

Are towels changed every day?

On request: by leaving them hanging, you help reduce environmental impact.

How do I communicate with housekeeping?

Use the door sign “Do not disturb / Please make up the room”.

Is pool access included?

Yes, pool access is free for guests.

Children & Families

Can children use the pool?

Yes, always accompanied by an adult.
Babies must wear swim diapers.

From what age can the gym be used?

From 16 years old.

Can children access the SPA?

The SPA is a quiet zone. Access for children under 16 is only on special request and approval.

What services do you offer for children?

Outdoor: wooden playhouse with slide, swings, ping pong, and kids’ pool (40 cm).
Indoor: play corner with puzzles, LEGO, and board games.
On request: cribs and baby beds.
