At Ancora, you’ll find a true tennis club in Meolo, with teams competing in D2 and D4 leagues and regular matches against clubs from Padua and Venice. For guests, this means there is often a sparring partner available, even at short notice. On Sundays, the club comes alive with official matches—a great moment to enjoy even as a spectator, perhaps ending with a beer at the Tennis Terrace overlooking the courts.

Ancora Sport Hotel has two outdoor clay courts with lighting and one covered court, with racket rental and a fully stocked tennis pro shop always available. Each spring, the courts are renewed to ensure high standards, also for the many international tennis camps in Meolo, welcoming players every year from Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Norway.

Tennis at Ancora Sport Hotel is a long-standing tradition, now even more popular thanks to the success of Italian champions like Jannik Sinner and Jasmine Paolini. Our weekly tennis school for children offers structured and fun programs, led by AICS and FIT coach Lino Busato with his team of tennis teacher.

For adults, we offer individual or pair tennis lessons in Meolo, suitable both for beginners and for those who want to improve their technique and confidence with a personalised approach. Group lessons are also available for children, creating a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
